Terms of Use
These terms set the rules for using the examie app, portals and learning features.
1. Service and operator
The service is provided by ИП ЭКЗАМИ, BIN 021217500990, address: г. Алматы, 050012, ул. Муратбаева, 186. Support: vladslugin987@gmail.com.
By creating an account or using examie, a user accepts the current terms. A parent or legal guardian confirms acceptance for a minor.
2. Eligibility
Independent registration starts at age 13. Users aged 13 through 17 require verified consent from a parent or legal guardian. Users must provide an accurate age and must not share account access.
3. What examie provides
examie provides learning questions, plans, mock exams, game modes, reports and AI tools. The mix of free and paid features may change, with material subscription changes communicated in advance.
The service supports preparation but does not guarantee a particular UNT score, admission or other outcome. Official examination rules take precedence.
4. Account security
Users are responsible for safeguarding their sign-in method and should report suspected compromise. Access may be temporarily limited to protect an account, other users or the service.
5. Acceptable use
examie must not be used to:
- break the law, another person’s rights or examination rules;
- threaten, harass or publish another person’s data;
- circumvent controls, interfere with the service or probe vulnerabilities without permission;
- automatically extract questions, resell access or reproduce materials at scale;
- submit malicious, unlawful or unrelated content.
6. AI tutor
AI answers can be wrong. Important information should be checked against textbooks and official sources. The AI tutor is not an emergency service or a source of professional medical, legal or psychological advice.
We may limit a request, remove prohibited material or escalate a situation for review when needed for safety.
7. Subscriptions and purchases
Price, period and renewal terms are shown before purchase. Mobile purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play under their terms; web purchases may use a separate payment provider.
Renewal and refunds are managed through the purchase channel. Restore Purchases returns access after a valid transaction is verified. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
8. Content and rights
examie and its learning materials are protected by intellectual property rights. Users receive a personal, limited and non-transferable licence for learning.
Users retain rights in their content and permit examie to process it only as needed to operate, secure and improve the service under their settings and the Privacy Policy.
9. Suspension and deletion
A user may stop using the service and request account deletion. We may restrict or close an account for a material breach, security threat or legal requirement, with notice where practical.
10. Liability and governing law
We provide the service with reasonable care, but features may be interrupted for maintenance or events outside our control. Liability is limited only to the extent permitted by the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
We first try to resolve disputes through support. Unresolved matters are governed by applicable Kazakhstan law while preserving mandatory consumer rights.
11. Changes
We publish the date and version of the terms. Material changes will be notified in advance and renewed acceptance requested where required.
